TikTok launches standalone TikTok Shop app in four Southeast Asian countries

According to foreign media reports, TikTok has recently launched a standalone TikTok Shop app in four Southeast Asian markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, covering both iOS and Android platforms.

The standalone TikTok Shop app features basic functions such as personalized product recommendations, live streaming and short video shopping entry points, in-app checkout, order tracking, and customer service. Users can enjoy exclusive discounts, free shipping benefits, first-order exclusive perks, and secure payment protection within the app. These exclusive benefits are designed to guide users away from the main TikTok platform and complete purchases within the standalone app.
