Approved AI tools will be displayed under the corresponding category on the SPN platform for Amazon sellers to discover and learn about.

According to the announcement, this new AI tools category covers multiple aspects of cross-border e-commerce operations, divided into 8 subcategories: AI product selection and market insight tools, AI advertising tools, AI content and marketing tools, AI supply chain management tools, AI compliance and financial tools, AI integrated business management tools, AI business analytics tools, and AI managed operations tools.

Product selection and market insight tools primarily involve functions such as new product trend analysis, competitor review analysis, and consumer demand insights; advertising tools include ad automation and intelligent pricing; supply chain management tools cover sales forecasting, intelligent replenishment, logistics optimization, and return analysis scenarios.

Additionally, integrated business management tools include intelligent ERP and AI workbenches, supporting sellers in unified management of orders, inventory, finance, and multi-store data, or enabling task execution through AI agents. AI managed operations tools involve services such as intelligent customer service, listing optimization, ad management, and data analytics.

Regarding application criteria, Amazon specifies that this AI tools category primarily targets enterprises that directly provide AI software or products to sellers, such as SaaS service providers. Companies that use AI internally to enhance service efficiency but do not directly offer AI tools to sellers must apply for other corresponding service categories.

The application process includes four stages: submission, material verification, online product demonstration, and go-live display. Service providers must register and apply through the official portal; after remote verification by Amazon's SPN network team, an online product demonstration is required to showcase tool performance in real-world use cases. Approved products will be listed under the relevant service category.

SPN (Service Provider Network) is Amazon's third-party service provider network for sellers, helping them find external service providers for various business needs.

This addition of an AI tools category signifies Amazon's further integration of third-party AI software into its service provider listing system, offering sellers a centralized gateway to discover and compare AI products across different operational scenarios.
