Receiving a virtual identity verification notice does not necessarily indicate account violations, but the grace period is typically only 14 days, with some accounts having no grace period at all. Failure to complete verification within the specified time will result in immediate suspension of selling privileges. The system will send a reminder email on the 7th day. Verification access points are located in three places: the registered email, the seller platform performance notification, and the priority action section on the account health page. Legal representatives participating in verification must prepare the following materials: 1. ID card or passport, 2. Business registration documents, 3. Bank and credit card statements within the last 180 days, 4. Proof of relationship documents, 5. Supply chain related invoices. Operations staff may accompany the representative at the same location but cannot substitute for them during verification.
