TikTok Shop's CBT Service Expands to Florida, Enhancing U.S. Fulfillment Network
Ebrun Original | July 27 - TikTok Shop has officially announced the expansion of its official collection and delivery service, CBT (Collection by TikTok), into the Miami area of Florida, further broadening its service footprint.
CBT is a value-added last-mile logistics service launched under TikTok Shipping, covering the entire process from collection to delivery. Within the service coverage area, TikTok Shop provides eligible merchants with free doorstep pickup, with CBT handling the final delivery, while merchants can also benefit from more competitive logistics rates.
To further enhance operational efficiency for U.S. merchants and optimize the consumer fulfillment experience, TikTok Shop is continuously expanding its collection network. The CBT collection service will officially launch in the Miami area of Florida on July 28.
With the addition of Florida, the CBT collection network now covers nine key regions across the United States, including Southern California, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Texas, Georgia, the core areas of Illinois, and the newly opened Miami area in Florida.
Since July 17, merchants have been able to pre-register. Upon successful registration, they can unlock exclusive CBT logistics benefits and gain access to more efficient collection guarantees.
Addressing the three core concerns of merchants in cross-border last-mile shipping—cost, speed, and reliability—CBT offers an upgraded end-to-end solution from collection to delivery, along with multiple benefits to improve the merchant shipping experience.
Regarding logistics costs, shipping rates start as low as $2.99. Merchants with a daily order volume exceeding 200 orders can also enjoy a $0.50 discount per order for shipments in Zones 1 through 4.
For inventory management, CBT allows merchants to utilize their existing overseas warehouses, enabling a single inventory pool to fulfill orders across all channels and simplifying multi-platform fulfillment management.
In the collection phase, CBT provides free doorstep pickup, with orders scanned into the network on the same day of collection, eliminating the need for merchants to drop off packages themselves.
For post-sale protection, CBT offers comprehensive compensation and metric protection for delays or lost packages caused by logistics issues. A newly launched logistics protection service also simplifies the merchant claim application and review process.
For onboarding, CBT provides different access channels based on merchant conditions.
Merchants with a store order volume exceeding 50 orders can apply directly via the notification on the logistics service homepage in the Merchant Center; if a merchant's partnered third-party warehouse is already fulfilling CBT orders but the store has not yet reached the 50-order threshold, the merchant can also activate CBT without restrictions through the logistics service interface in the Merchant Center.
Additionally, merchants who need to confirm if their warehouse is located within the Miami area or other CBT coverage zones can quickly check service availability by entering their Zipcode.
