Wildberries Updated Agreement Adds Drone Strikes and Other Extreme Events to Force Majeure Clause

Ozon also integrated commission ranges for models like FBO, FBS, and Ozon Fresh starting July 1st, categorizing them into three tiers (≤100 rubles / 100–300 rubles / ≥300 rubles). Products priced above 300 rubles uniformly fall under the new, higher fee range, leading to increased costs for some mid- and low-priced goods. Overall, major Russian e-commerce platforms are simultaneously shifting compliance requirements, logistics costs, and unconventional risks towards the seller side.
