Xiyou Logistics Expands with New West Coast Warehouse, Global Fulfillment Footprint Surpasses 9 Million Square Feet

【Ebrun Original】June 11th - Leading cross-border logistics provider Xiyou Logistics has officially announced the launch of its new LA18 warehouse in Los Angeles. This new West Coast fulfillment center, spanning over 440,000 square feet, has propelled the company's total global overseas warehouse area to exceed 9 million square feet (approximately 836,000 square meters).

The LA18 facility covers 443,190 square feet, equivalent to six standard soccer fields. It is designed to store standard categories such as home goods, furniture, and daily necessities, while also supporting the storage of battery-powered products that comply with transportation regulations.

In terms of throughput capacity, the warehouse is equipped with 48 loading docks and 2 ground loading/unloading areas, enabling simultaneous multi-container operations to efficiently handle both full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) scenarios. Its standard daily processing capacity ranges from 12 to 15 containers, with a peak capacity of 15 to 20 containers.

For order fulfillment, the maximum daily outbound volume is 3,000 to 5,000 B2C orders and 150 to 200 B2B pallets. The warehouse is fully equipped with forklifts, pallet jacks, pallet trucks, three-way forklifts, and order-picking forklifts to ensure efficient handling of both standard pallets and oversized, irregular items.

Additionally, the new facility operates with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and a professional team of 40 personnel, covering the entire process from container unloading and sorting to shelving and outbound shipping.

Public information indicates that Xiyou Logistics' overseas warehouse network already covers core markets including the United States and Europe. In the U.S., it has established a network of "four major directions and five smart warehouse clusters," while in Europe, it operates two major warehouse clusters and three smart warehouses. Currently, the company manages nearly 30 self-operated overseas warehouses with a total area of approximately 836,000 square meters, maintaining a leading position in the cross-border large-item logistics sector.

In fact, Xiyou Logistics has been actively advancing its overseas warehouse expansion strategy in recent years.

According to statistics from Ebrun's "2024-2025 Third-Party Overseas Warehouse Industry Analysis and Outlook" report, Xiyou has repeatedly expanded its warehouse footprint over the past few years. The operational area of its global overseas warehouses has consequently grown significantly, increasing from 500,000 square meters to the current 836,000 square meters.
