Lingzhi Wujie Completes Pre-A Round Funding, Establishing Commercial Closed Loop for Home Embodied Intelligence Starting from Vision

Today, NAVO, an AI vision robot brand incubated by Dreame Technology (operated by Shenzhen Lingzhi Wujie Technology Co., Ltd.), announced that it has completed a new Pre-A round financing of tens of millions of RMB. This follows a previous Pre-A round funding of tens of millions last year and was led by existing investor Sky Factory Venture Capital Fund. The funds from this round will be primarily allocated to two areas: accelerating the scaling of the vision hardware business and expanding global channels; and investing in the research and development of home embodied robot systems, accelerating the brand's strategic transition from 'AI vision' to 'embodied intelligence.'

For Lingzhi Wujie, which has been established for less than a year, the continuous capital injection is due to investors' recognition of an imaginative path that 'starts with AI vision and evolves towards home embodied intelligence,' as well as the validated products and commercialization capabilities along this path.

It is reported that NAVO's first-phase product is a security camera. Since the official launch of its first product last November, NAVO has secured orders and shipments in seven core regions including North America, Europe, Japan-Korea-Australia, Russian-speaking areas, and Southeast Asia, achieving impressive results. Its business has already entered 30 countries and regions and is set to enter the domestic market this year.

'We don't rely on burning money to bet on a distant end goal,' said Mao Song, President of NAVO. 'From the very first stage of product validation, we have insisted that, on the basis of innovation, every step must independently establish a commercial closed loop and self-sustaining capabilities, using current revenue to fund the development of next-generation algorithms and robots. This is also one of the biggest differences between us and many embodied intelligence companies.'

According to the introduction, in the field of home embodied intelligence, NAVO has taken a 'counter-consensus' path. Over 90% of players in the industry choose to 'first build a movable body, then supplement vision and brain capabilities.' NAVO does the opposite: first establishing visual understanding capabilities of home spaces through cameras, then extending to interaction and action.

The underlying logic is: without reliable visual perception and event understanding, a mobile robot is merely a 'running blind box.' The millions of real-world home scene data accumulated by NAVO through intelligent vision hardware, its on-device AI inference capabilities, and the algorithmic evolution from 'seeing' to 'understanding' precisely provide the most crucial foundation of perception and decision-making for embodied robots.

The core incremental funds from this round will be fully invested in the research, development, and implementation of Lingzhi Wujie's next-generation technology platform and embodied robot products. On one hand, the proven commercial closed loop of vision hardware will be replicated in more global markets, deepening channel operations and supply chain security to amplify self-sustaining capabilities. On the other hand, the company will continue to increase investment in AI algorithms and self-developed chips, tackling core technology pre-research for the 'Home Brain' and home embodied robot systems, and driving products from 'understanding' to 'being able to move, providing companionship, and possessing memory.' Simultaneously, the company will continue to recruit high-end core talent in areas such as algorithms and embedded systems.

Next, NAVO will gradually unveil its home embodied intelligence foundation—three core technologies: the Spatial Embodied Cognition Engine (endowing robots with a three-dimensional understanding of home spaces), the Empathetic Companion System (evolving interaction from 'functional response' to 'emotional companionship'), and the Home Perpetual Memory Large Model (achieving long-term memory and personalized services for family members, habits, and events); as well as the Omni-Dimensional Home Intelligence Platform, which will serve as a unified technical foundation, integrating the full-chain capabilities of visual perception, event decision-making, and proactive interaction.

Based on the above technologies, NAVO's home robot product portfolio will also be unveiled simultaneously, including the Home Brain, bipedal/dual-wheel care robots, pet companionship robots, and desktop companionship robots. This also means that NAVO's product forms will officially extend from 'fixed, guarding intelligent eyes' to 'autonomously acting home companions,' completing the closed loop from visual perception to embodied interaction.
