Users can sign up for the beta test within the "Circles" feature of the Ninebot app, but must complete the OpenClaw installation themselves. Currently, Segway-Ninebot's skill package, ninebot-device-skill, is listed on the official OpenClaw skill marketplace, ClawHub. It is reported that the initially launched ninebot-device-skill only provides vehicle information query capabilities, including power on/off status, charging status, battery level information, location data, mileage data, and range estimation. Specifically, application scenarios enabled by OpenClaw include: proactively reminding users about electric vehicle battery levels and parking locations; recommending transportation methods based on time and distance; sending daily scheduled vehicle status reports (including battery health, charge level, estimated range, parking location, etc.); and family safety alerts (triggering notifications for special vehicle circumstances).

Furthermore, the company emphasized that the launched Skills API currently offers read-only permissions and does not involve any reverse vehicle control commands, ensuring user data and vehicle security.
