Cainiao Ensures Delivery in 200 Cities During Spring Festival, Cross-Border Shipment Pickup in Nearly 50 Cities Remains Unaffected

On February 11, as the Year of the Horse Spring Festival approaches, Cainiao Global Supply Chain and Cainiao Cross-Border Logistics have launched Spring Festival support measures to ensure uninterrupted shipments for cross-border merchants during the holiday period. Domestically, Cainiao Supply Chain will provide warehousing and distribution services in over 200 cities across the country, particularly for essential daily goods such as grains, oils, rice, alcoholic beverages, and snacks. During the Spring Festival, delivery services will be maintained with the fastest option being 4-hour delivery, ensuring the supply of materials and livelihood support. Meanwhile, Cainiao Cross-Border Logistics' first-mile pickup services will operate as usual in nearly 50 key shipping cities nationwide, covering core cross-border e-commerce hubs like Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Yiwu, Hangzhou, Fuzhou, and Xiamen, as well as cross-border industrial belts such as Foshan, Xuchang, Zhengzhou, Ningbo, and Huludao, to ensure that cross-border merchants' business remains unaffected.
