JD.com Launches Self-Built European Logistics Network JoyExpress, Offering Same-Day Delivery

[Ebrun Original] JD Group recently announced the official launch of its express delivery brand JoyExpress in multiple European countries, initially providing high-quality logistics services to users of JD's European e-commerce platform Joybuy.

JoyExpress now offers same-day and next-day delivery in major cities across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and France, along with diversified services such as home delivery, fresh and frozen product logistics, integrated large-item delivery and installation, and returns.

Previously, Joybuy began pilot operations in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, focusing on a flagship store model covering all product categories and targeting mid-to-high-spending consumers with an emphasis on brand value. According to informed sources, fast delivery and localized services are core to Joybuy’s strategy, with same-day and next-day delivery already achieved in several cities during the pilot phase.

JD Logistics currently operates over 60 warehouses and delivery stations in Europe for Joybuy and plans to further expand its supply chain infrastructure as Joybuy’s European business grows.

Globally, JD Logistics operates more than 130 overseas warehouses with a total management area exceeding 1.3 million square meters and has launched dozens of international freight routes, establishing a 2-3 day delivery network across key global markets.
