In the announcement, TikTok Shop outlined its logistics arrangement for order fulfillment during the Spring Festival. Specifically, before February 8th, all orders could be collected as usual. From February 9th to the 12th, during New Year's Eve and the first and second days of the Lunar New Year, order collection will be delayed. If the order time is after 14:00, it will need to be collected the next day. After February 13th, the collection work will return to normal.

It is worth noting that from 12:00 on February 9th to 8:00 on February 10th, sellers' products will temporarily stop being sent to the warehouse. If the seller delivers the products themselves, they need to make a delivery appointment 48 hours in advance.

In addition, TikTok Shop specifically mentioned that the delivery time for sample approval for clothing sellers has been adjusted. During the period from February 5th to the 14th, sellers' sample deliveries will be suspended, and they will resume after the 15th. Normal approval will be resumed after the 18th.

In addition to the Spring Festival activities, TikTok Shop also announced the activity times for the Ramadan Promotion and the Eid al-Fitr Promotion, which are from March 3rd to March 7th and March 25th to April 4th, respectively. During the promotion, TikTok Shop will set up a Ramadan-themed product pool to provide additional exposure for traditional Malaysian clothing, headscarves, and other products.
